MR. Hrach Ghambaryan
Hrachya Ghambaryan is a highly experienced football executive with over 11 years as Team Manager of the Armenia National Team, organizing 140+ international matches under UEFA and FIFA. As Head of Scouting for the Football Federation of Armenia, he helped recruit top Armenian-origin talents worldwide.
Renowned for his expertise in project, venue, and commercial management of international football events, he has built strong ties with UEFA, FIFA, and national associations.
A FIFA-licensed agent fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, he holds degrees in Jurisprudence and advanced certifications in Sports Law and Football Management from the University of Lausanne.
In 2019, he became the first Armenian representative elected to the UEFA Football Committee (2019-2023), contributing to European football policymaking.
